UK Mainland Economy Delivery 48hr Tracked - UK Mainland, (48hr Scottish Highlands)
All orders will be sent by the Royal mail / DPD 24hr Tracked delivery service. This delivery option costs *£3.95 and is up to a weight of 2kg. If the Weight over 2kg the price Varies. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of your payment being received. Please allow 6 working days in the event of any offers, sales, promotions or general busy periods.

This Service is our standard shipping service for order that are 2kg and over. The standard charge is *£6.95 but can increase due to order size. Please see checkout for a shipping quotation. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of your payment being received. Please allow up to 6 working days in the event of any offers, sales, promotions or general busy periods.

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Please note all of the above services are Weekday dispatch/deliveries only Doesn't include any public holidays!!
If you have supplied us with any incorrect address information and your order does not reach you due to this error, you are responsible and We are not held accountable in any way. In most circumstances the order is returned to us by Royal Mail which we can then resend to your correct address. We cannot authorise a refund or replacement if you have supplied us with your address and/or postcode incorrectly. Please double check you're details.
If your order is returned to us by Royal Mail due to incorrect delivery address or a failed collection on your part, you the customer are responsible for the postage cost for the redispatch of your order.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they arrive however this is not always the case. In some instances i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.
